Money Advice Caseworker

We are expanding our Money Advice team and have a number of vacancies for Money Advice Caseworkers. You will deliver advice and support to clients over the telephone and by webchat.

Experience of money advice would be an advantage, however, this is also an opportunity to be a trainee caseworker for highly motivated individuals without previous experience of delivering money advice, but who can show a willingness and ability to learn and develop quickly.

An ability to understand and deal with complex information is essential and the successful applicant will have excellent organisational and time management skills. The role involves managing a caseload, meeting targets and working to a high quality standard.

There will be an occasional requirement to work until 8.00pm during the week and Saturday mornings.

Job Title:  Money Advice Caseworker

Salary:  £25,017 – £27,797 depending on previous experience within an advice setting.  

Hours:  As part of our commitment to being a flexible employer, applications are welcomed from candidates who are able to offer anything up to 37 hours a week.

Location:  Ashington
